Criminal litigation refers to the process of trying a criminal defendant
in a court of law. Our offices acts as criminal defence attorneys in
these matters as we represents our client’s (the Defendant) interest by
providing a defence.

We have represented our clients in court all across South Africa and
continue to do so.
In terms of the South African constitution, any accused person has the
following rights:
• The right to remain innocent until proven guilty
• The right to an attorney
• The right to a fair trial.
