As our slogan says, we are well known for our legal excellence, Podbielski Incorporated comprises of 25 staff members and there are currently 3 Directors, 4 Candidate Attorneys, 4 paralegals and 2 qualified managers, namely a financial manager and an office manager. Our professional team believe in giving quality legal advice/ services to our clients to ensure profitable solutions and results.

Andrews & Co was established in 1974. André Podbielski joined the firm in 1976, and he is still the firm’s Managing Director today. The firm changed its name in 1980 to Andrews Podbielski and in 1985 to Andrews Podbielski & Grimsell.
The firm’s name was changed again in 2003 to Podbielski Mhlambi Incorporated and in 2011 it was finally changed to Podbielski Incorporated.A few years ago, our firm was awarded with various prizes from the Free State Law Society and a very prestigious prize from PMRC (Professional Management Review) in 2004 when we were appointed as best law firm in the Free State. We are proud of the fact that the first attorney appointed as a judge in the Free State was a partner in our firm, viz, his Honourable Judge Hans Rampai. We are also very proud of the recent appointed Judge in the Free State viz his Honourable Judge Joseph Mhlambi. He was trained at our firm and was a partner of our firm for many years.
We also trained many black lawyers who are now either practising on their own or in partnership with other attorneys and who are employed by corporate companies and governmental institutions like the Road Accident Fund, SAPS and SESEETA etc.We were recently nominated as the best business in the Matjhabeng area for the year 2016 by Enthooz Magazine. The firm is in good standing with the Legal Practice Counsil and all the directors are in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. In 2009 we moved into our very own building, which is not only situated in Welkom’s main road, but is without a doubt one of the most prestigious and attractive business properties in the area.
